About Me

Serving people is my calling. Two ways that I have chosen to serve people include food and massage.  I graduated from the Culinary Institute of Virginia because I wanted to bring people together through great food and to serve family, friends, and church. Although I do enjoy cooking, my real passion is massage. I have received professional massages for years and really wanted to learn and serve others through the art of massage. I started my massage education at the Advanced Fuller School of Massage in Virginia Beach, VA. I studied there for over a year and learned a great deal. After learning about the holistic approach to massage at the Cayce/Reilly® School of Massage, I decided to enhance my education and completed their program. The Cayce/Reilly® school emphasized treating the entire person; mind, body, and spirit in order to achieve balance within the body. I meshed the techniques from both massage schools, with many advanced courses to create my own style of client-focused massage. Every individual is different and therefore each may respond differently to any given technique or modality. Continually learning and enhancing my skills gives me the ability to help others in ways I couldn't even imagine before. It is an amazing honor and privilege to give someone relief from chronic pain or to melt away stress and tension. Most importantly, every person deserves to be treated with dignity, respect, and privacy. Any information shared with me is kept strictly confidential and my only concern is about giving you the very best therapy possible.
